If your current mortgage is already (or soon to be) charged at Standard Variable Rate and your lender will not offer you a competitive replacement it may be worth considering remortgaging to another lender, particularly if you want to raise additional funds (subject to RSL/HA approval)..
Shared Ownership re-mortgage products are available – we can normally arrange up to 95% loan to value (subject to open market value).
