Information for the general public
With the expansion of Homeownership Schemes now available, more and more families are turning to shared ownership as their first step onto the property ladder.
As you can see from our website we are already "Homebuy ready" but for families and individuals who do not meet the requirements for the Government Scheme or who do not want to purchase under the Scheme, we are pleased to announce that we also have mortgage products available NOW for up to 100% loan to value shared ownership purchases.
Purchasers will normally have to have access to funds to cover legal fees, lender’s product fee and our broker fee of £199 (payable only on completion) You will also have to pay a lender's valuation fee - this is payable upfront.
Shared Ownership re-mortgage products also available - we can assist families who want to re-mortgage to include additional funds (subject to valuation)..
