Take a look at all the other RTB websites: look for their FSA status. From midnight on the 31st October 2004 the FSA will regulate all mortgages sales and services.
We are directly authorised. Some brokers will have gained authorisation by joining a "host" company who will be responsible for the broker's compliance. This could mean they can only offer a restricted panel of lenders.
