We do not advise on mortgage products
We do not charge a fee for arranging OMHB purchases
When you have had initial approval from your Homebuy Agent contact us and we will email you our client information paperwork. Complete and return it to us and we will be able to let you know which lenders are likely to approve the mortgage advance you need. Also let us know if you have a deposit to use to increase buying power or reduce the conventional mortgage. When we have discussed product choice with you we will request an Agreement in Principle – when this is issued we will email both you and your Homebuy Agent attaching the Agreement in Principle and the Key Facts Mortgage Illustration.
Your application can then proceed to the next stage which will, hopefully, produce a letter confirming that you have been approved to “look for a property” – then the fun begins!
