When we first started the Mortgage Desk over 9 years ago (as at May 2008) we had no idea that it would have become so popular.
Originally intended to be a Right to Buy Mortgage Brokerage we now receive enquiries from Housing Association Tenants, and members of the General Public who are fed up with 'Call Centres' and from people who are looking for something that appears to be all too often missing: Personal Service.

from 8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursdays and from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm on Fridays.
Our fee for residential and buy to let mortgages is £499 per case payable only on completion, the fee can usually be included in your mortgage if this is what you prefer. We have facilities with almost every UK Lender, so you won't be spoilt for choice.
We arrange mortgages, we do not sell mortgages, so the mortgage quotations will not be based on lenders' commissions only on the products that our mortgage sourcing software produces. Quotations for products meeting your needs will then be posted to you.
